ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to issue directions to the respondents herein to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.06.2015, on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and investigate the same and file a final report within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.125 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.125 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
