Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 3rd respondent pertaining to the rejection of registration of Settlement Deed by order dated 12.02.2019 in his proceedings Registration Rejection Serial No.RFL/Thiruvennainallur/3/2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to register the settlement deed dated 11.02.2019 executed by the petitioner in favour of her minor grandson A.Sanjeev and release the document to the petitioner.
