Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the complaint dated 02.05.2021 submitted by the petitioner vide Complaint No.202122006003345 pending on the Banking Ombudsman, Chennai.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the complaint No.202122006003345, dated 02.05.2021 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent has filed a Memo enclosing a copy of the order dated 19.06.2021 passed by the first respondent subsequent to the filing of the writ petition in the petitioner's complaint dated 2.5.2021.

3. Since final orders have been passed, if the petitioner is aggrieved, the petitioner will have to challenge the same in the manner known to him under law.

4. A copy of the final order dated 19.06.2021 has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner by the first respondent counsel which is also duly acknowledged.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
