It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent that there is proposal to detain the petitioner under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. Recording the said statement, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to file fresh applications, if the said proposals are not completed within a period of three weeks from today.
