Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to conduct free and fair and time bound enquiry in petitioner's appeal petition dated 29.07.2020 against the order of the second respondent dated 20.07.2020 made in Si.Pa.Va.No.35/2020 and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction of this Court to direct the first respondent to consider his appeal petition filed before him on 29.07.2020, challenging the proceedings of the second respondent dated 20.07.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice for the respondents 1 t0 3, and makes a statement on instruction that the enquiry for the purpose is scheduled to take place at 4.00 p.m., on 01.06.2021 in the office of the District Collector, Dharmapuri District / first respondent herein. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the District Collector, Dharmapuri District is directed to hold an enquiry after issuing notices to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the said representation through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 01.06.2021.
