Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.SHYAM SUNDER, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH,Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.950 of 2022 dated 21.01.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 29.03.2022, to the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. No further extension will be granted.
