These are petitions filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 715 days in re-presenting the above Writ Appeals.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons adduced, the delay is condoned subject to payment of Rs.2000/- to the Mediation Centre attached to this bench, within a period of two weeks. The petitions are ordered.
