CRIME NO.50 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is that he shall report before the respondent police on every wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1563 of 2022 dated 28.01.2022 and thus render Justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.NAGARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.1563 of 2022 dated 28.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
