This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.35321 of 2025 dated 08.01.2026. Page No.1 of 3

2. This Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner had directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., for a period of two weeks and now it is reported that the petitioner has reported only for 12 days and for two days he was not appeared.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to sudden health condition of one of the petitioner, the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent police.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has appeared for 12 days and have failed to appear for only two days, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is closed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
