This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 05.05.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.220 of 2016 and the same was closed, on the ground that both the parties have agreed to measure the land.

Recording the same, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
