This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for willfully and wantonly disobeying the order of this Court dated 09.08.2016 passed in W.M.P.No.22902 of 2016 in W.P.No.26685 of 2016.

O R D E R

Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court dated 09.08.2016 passed in W.M.P.No.22902 of 2016 in W.P.No.26685 of 2016, the present contempt petition has been filed.

When the matter is called today, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel submitted that when the W.P.No.26685/2016 along with the Stay Petition was filed before this Court, they were not impleaded as necessary parties and no notice whatsoever has been served on them and the notice was served only on the State Government Counsel about the interim order of stay dated 01.08.2016 staying the operation of the impugned posting order dated 03.05.2016 issued by the 1st respondent. Therefore, they are unaware of the interim order of stay passed by this Court dated 01.08.2016. Therefore, inadvertently, the subsequent Movement Order dated 08.08.2016 has been passed and prays to close the present Contempt Petition.

Recording the said submissions, the Contempt Petition is closed.
