No.15 of 2009, dated 18.07.2012, on the file of the Tribunal for Co-operative Cases/Principal District Judge at Krishnagiri and quash the same.

In order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was adjourned and posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 10.06.2022. Today, when the matter was called by 2.15 p.m., there was no representation for the petitioner, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was passed over. Again, the matter was called by 4.40 p.m., again there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
