ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in CC No. 1374/2022 dated 19.04.2022 pending on the file of learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet. 2.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the trial was completed and now, the case is posted for examination of Investigation Officer on 07.01.2026.

In view of the above submissions of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
