ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying, to direct the respondent police to register the case based on the petitioner complaint dated 14.06.2015 in CSR No.492 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and investigate the same and file a final report within a stipulated period.
2. Heard Mr.G.Anabayachozhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.492 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.492 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
