This Company Application has been filed to permit the Official Liquidator to execute Receipt Deed for cancellation of Mortgage in favour of the respondent herein on the file of concerned SRO, Sowcarpet for the house and land situated at (Old No.47A), New No.16, Paramanandam Mudali Street, Seven Wells, Chennai - 600 001 and to permit the Official Liquidator to incur cost of this application from and out of the funds of the company (in Provisional Liquidation).

2. In the report of the Official Liquidator, it has been stated that as per the endorsements/entries made in the Regular Mortgage Deed dated 20.09.1990 for Rs.1,00,000/- submitted by the respondent herein, she had re-paid the loan and the company (in Provisional Liquidation) had closed their accounts on 24.07.1993 respectively. Comp.A.No.70 of 2024 jas Company in Provisional Liquidation received from the ex-administrator and found an endorsement "Loan Fully Closed on 24.07.1993 by the then Chief Executive Officer of the Company (in Provisional Liquidation). An extract of the Document register No.17 page No.175 is annexed and marked as Annexure - "B".

3. Considering the same, this Company Application stands allowed.
