ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who is 67 years old man, has sexually assaulted the victim girl aged about 14 years, taking advantage of his age and relationship and under the guise of giving shelter to the victim girl. Section 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim girl indicates the overtact of the petitioner herein. This Court is not inclined to grant bail, since the release of the petitioner on bail will lead to influence the witnesses and tamper the evidence.
