The petitioner T.Pavithra Devi, is the wife of the respondent K.Tamilselvan, has come before this Court, seeking to withdraw the HMOP.No.62 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur and transfer the same to the Family Court, Erode.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 26.04.2007. Subsequently, they are having one child. Thereafter, the respondent/husband filed H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur, seeking divorce from the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner is taking care of her aged parents and children. He further submitted that the petitioner is residing at Erode and it is very difficult for the petitioner to attend the court hearings at Tiruppur. Hence, he prays to transfer the HMOP to the Family Court at Erode.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner and the same is justifiable. The present Tr.C.M.P. is allowed and the H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Erode. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Further, the respondent is directed to pay a sum of Rs.6,000/- as interim maintenance to the petitioner/wife and children until further modified by the Courts of law and both parties are directed to appear 2/4
