ORDER
This petition is filed praying for a direction to the respondent police to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.12.2014.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the complaint was lodged on 24.12.2014, till date the respondent police have not conducted any enquiry nor have taken any action. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent police to register the complaint given by the petitioner on 24.12.2014 and conduct enquiry in accordance with law.
