Seeking leave to sue the respondent/defendant, the applicant/plaintiff, has come up with this application. 2.The applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for recovery of money and for damages. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the agreement between the parties has been entered into within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court and pursuant to the same, money was also paid. He further submits that leave has been sought for only on the ground that the respondent is situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.
