By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that a Sale Deed was executed by Mr.P.Priyeesh for a sale consideration of Rs.2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores only) in respect of the property situate at Plot No.W213, "C" Sector, W-Block, 11th Street, Anna Nagar Western Extension, Chennai - 600 101 and it was registered on 18.11.2013 bearing Document No.6066/2013 at the office of the Sub-Registrar, Villivakkam and inspite of it, the registered document has not been returned to him and in this regard, he has submitted a representation dated 06.03.2014 to the second respondent and though intimation was given, he has not been favoured with any response and hence, came forward with this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Rm.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2.

Though the petitioner prayed for larger relief, this Court, without going into the merits of the representation dated 06.03.2014, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 06.03.2014 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
