ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting before the Town Police Station, Karaikal, everyday at 10.00 am until further orders, imposed by this Court by order dated 14.11.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.11783 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1070 of 2024 while suspending the sentence imposed by the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court (POCSO Act), Puducherry, in Spl.S.C.No.88 of 2023 dated 13.03.2024.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court, by considering the serious nature of offence and also the age of the victim girl, had imposed the said condition. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to relax the said condition.
