This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 02.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25124 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the conditions imposed as against the petitioners 1 to 3 are modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The condition with respect to the fourth accused are totally relaxed.
