Cont.P.No.2949 of 2016 retirement benefits were paid to the petitioner and the order of this Court dated 20.07.2015, passed in W.P.No.21500 of 2015, has been complied with. In support of the same, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmapuri, bearing No.K:/K/14084-2007-m1 dated 27.12.2016 to that effect.
