ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to execute the bailable warrant issued by the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Saidapet, Chennai in C.C.No.2124 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Bailable 1/4

Warrant was issued against one Suresh Kumar on 01.12.2022 by the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet. However, till now, it is not executed by the respondent police, necessitating the filing of this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, Bailable Warrant as against the Suresh Kumar would be executed soon.

4. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondent police to execute the Bailable Warrant as against immediately, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
