This Original Petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: According to the petitioner-Trust, in the Board meeting https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ held on 16.09.2008, the petition property was agreed to be
sold for Rs.40,00,000/- and in the year 2013, P.W.2 valued the property at Rs.57,00,000/-.
2. When a question was put to the learned counsel about the present value of the property, he seeks permission of this Court to post the matter before the learned Additional Master-I to record the evidence of the valuer about the present value of the property and file a valuation report.
3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to post the matter before the learned Additional Master-I for recording evidence on 25.09.2019.
