This court directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Perundurai to dispose of the suit in OS.No.210 of 2010 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed on 25.01.2019 in CRP.(PD).No.3982 of 2013. The learned Subordinate Judge, Perundurai has sought for further extension of time of three months. 2.This court is satisfied with the reasons stated by the learned Subordinate Judge, Perundurai and therefore, three months time is granted to dispose of the suit in OS.No.210 of 2010.
