O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.This Petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order and direction dated 17.2.2015 in W.P.No.30505 of 2014.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would concede that the assessment fees has been released to the petitioner. However, with regard to other compliances to be done by the respondent, the petitioner has been repeatedly writing letters and there is no finality to the issue.

4.On a perusal of the order dated 17.2.2015, it is seen that the petitioner sought for issuance of a writ of mandamus to reimburse training cost along with interest and reimbursement assessment fees by considering their representations dated 28.10.2014 & 05.11.2014, and this Court issued a direction to the first respondent to consider the request made by the petitioner only in respect of the representation dated 05.11.2014, that too for the release of assessment fee under SDI Scheme.

5.It is not in dispute that the said direction has been complied with and the assessment fee has been reimbursed to the petitioner. Therefore, if the petitioner has got any further grievance, the petitioner has to agitate the same in the manner known to law before the appropriate forum.

With the above liberty, the Contempt Petition stands closed. NO costs.
