The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.05.2019 in accordance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with the provisions of the Lokayukta Act, 2013 or any other reasonable time frame as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case and also call for periodic status reports from the respondent concerning the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.05.2019. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondent submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the Lok Adalat Authorities passed an order on 07.12.2021 and the same was communicated to the petitioner and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
