Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to grant adequate police protection to the Petitioner's business, namely, M/s.NVH India Auto Parts Private Limited, having his office at Plot No.B-67 & 68, SIPCOT INDUSTRIAL PARK, Irungattukottai, Sriperumpudur - 602 117, Kancheepuram District and further protect the ingress and egress of all vehicles from in and out of factory premises, including Company buses commuting the Petitioner's workers from all pick and drop points. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant adequate police protection to the Petitioner's business, namely, M/s.NVH India Auto Parts Private Limited, having his office at Plot No.B-67 & 68, SIPCOT INDUSTRIAL PARK, Irungattukottai, Sriperumpudur - 602 117, Kancheepuram District and to further protect the ingress and egress of all vehicles from in and out of factory premises, including Company buses commuting the Petitioner's workers from all pick and drop points. 2.Heard the arguments advanced on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3.The petitioner has filed this petition seeking Police protection. Hence, after a lapse of nearly seven years, this Court finds that nothing would survive for adjudication in this writ petition.
