ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 forthwith to remove the encroachment made in the land belonging to the 1st respondent leading to the passage to Gummidipoondi Railway Station, Gummidipoondi, Tiruvallur District based on the representation made by the petitioner dated 11.11.2019 so as to enable the public to use the same for free ingress and egress for the public usage at large, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the encroachment has been removed. A copy of the eviction report along with the photographs has also been placed on record.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
