This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.3 of 2021, on the file of the learned Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Special Court for exclusive trial of Land Grabbing Cases - II, Periamet, Chennai and quash the proceedings as against the petitioner. 2.This Court after hearing the learning counsel for the petitioner, expressed that this Court cannot accept the submissions of the learned counsel and there are materials for framing charges against the petitioner. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for permission to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
