O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed for the non-compliance of the order made in 01.09.2014 passed in W.P.No.7507 of 2013.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has produced the letter in Ref.No.7532/E3/2016, dated .07.2016, issued by the Dean,

Government Stanley Medical College, Chennai, and would submit that the order of this Court had been complied with. A copy of the said letter had also been given to the counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner after perusing the letter, had sought for liberty to challenge the G.O., mentioned in the aforesaid letter, if he is so aggrieved.

4. In view of the above factual position, this contempt petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the G.O., if he is so aggrieved.
