Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submits that in view of the order dated 09.09.2019 in Review Application Writ (MD) Nos. 80 to 82 of 2019 passed by the Division Bench of the Madurai Bench of this Court, the Petitioner has to make necessary application before the Designated Court under the Tamilnadu Prevention of illegal mining, Transportation and Storage of Minerals and Mineral Dealers' Rules, 2011, for the relief sought in this Writ Petition.

In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to make necessary application before the Designated Court and he has made an endorsement to that effect. 3.
Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
