This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to grant incentive increments to the petitioner for acquiring M.Com., and B.Ed., qualifications in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.324, dated 25.04.1995.
2.The case of the petitioner is that she is working as Headmaster in an Aided School. She joined the school in the year 2000 and she acquired the qualification of M.Com., and B.Ed., and therefore, according to the petitioner, she is entitled for two incentive increments in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.324, dated 25.04.1995. The petitioner has made a representation to the respondent through the School and since the same was not considered by the respondent, the present writ petition has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.
4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 16.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the respondent through the School along with a copy of the representation dated 16.08.2018 and a copy of this order.
5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
