[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records relating to the detention order passed in Memo https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
No.24/BCDFGISSSV/2017 dated 10.01.2017 by the Detaining Authority against the detenue by name, Muthu, aged 23, S/o.Krishnan, residing at No.4/62, Mariamman Koil Street, Banavaram Village, Arakonam Division, Vellore District and quash the same.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has contended that by virtue of G.O.Rt.No.905 dated 23.02.2017, the Detention Order in question has been already quashed and to that effect, a copy of the same has been submitted, wherein, it has been clearly stated that the Detention Order has already been quashed.
3. Considering the above said factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
