ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 342, 387, 392, 420 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Cr.No.609 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have approached the defacto complainant under the guise of purchasing a car and obtained his signature forcibly in some papers and also snatched his ATM card, debit card, signed cheque leaves and RC book. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.14813 of 2020 and the same was dismissed as withdrawn and thereafter the petitioner filed Crl.O.P.No.16560 of 2020 and this Court has dismissed the said petition.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.16560 of 2020, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
