2. This petition is ordered as prayed for and production of the original impugned Technical Approval Order passed by the 4th respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.399/2021/ Thi.Maa and Layout Approval in Ma.Va/Na.Oo(Thi.Maa) No.86/2021 dated 17.03.2021, is hereby dispensed with for the present.
