2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant. The first respondent had refused to receive the notice.
Therefore, there is a deemed service on the first respondent. The respondents 2 and 3 have been served as early as in the year 2019, but they have not entered appearance.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 5 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.Sr.No.13836 of 2014 is condoned.
4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
