The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that after the filing of the contempt petition, some adverse orders have been passed against the petitioner and seeks liberty to challenge the said order.

2.In the light of the above said development, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition and hence, it is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the adverse order passed against him, in accordance with law. No costs.
