This petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari calling for records relating to the award dated 7/1/2011 passed in ID 1/2007 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same. For Petitioner : Mr.J.J.James R1 : Court.

ORDER

In this writ petition, the petitioner/management and the respondent/workman have entered into a settlement under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act and the settlement arrived at has been produced before this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
