ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.16835 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24273 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24273 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.16835 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24273 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024 is relaxed.
