O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to execute the conviction warrant issued against the 2nd respondent who

was convicted for offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar in C.C.No.25 of 2019 by judgment dated 05.03.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the judgment is of the year 2020 and the 2nd respondent is yet to be secured, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to secure the 2nd respondent by executing the non-bailable warrant and produce 2nd respondent before the concerned jurisdictional Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
