ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 18.02.2020 in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted the petitioner has involved in more than twenty cases, in ten cases of which he has been acquitted as such he is a habitual offender. Hence, he sought for dismissal of this petition.

4. Admittedly, the petitioner is a habitual offender and he involved in more than twenty cases, in ten cases of which he has been acquitted, and ten cases are still pending for trial. While being so, only to escape from the clutches of law, the petitioner has made the representation to the higher officials including the person to whom he wants to take action by representation dated 18.02.2020. Only to escape from the clutches of law such representation was made and nothing else. Therefore, no direction can be issued by this Court for considering the representation of the petitioner.
