O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has received a communication on 7/6/2013 from the Secretary to the Government, calling upon her to appear before the State Level Scrutiny Committee for enquiry on 19/6/2013. Thereafter, again, a communication dated 20/1/2015 was sent to her to submit a reply on certain points stated therein to which the petitioner had submitted a detailed reply on 9/2/2015. The petitioner has again received a communication on 27/2/2015, calling upon her to appear again for further enquiry on 13/3/2015. The petitioner appeared on the said date before the Committee along with all the relevant documents and proper enquiry was conducted. Thereafter, no steps have been taken to pass an order on the reference made by the petitioner in respect of the issuance of Community Certificate.

2. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that necessary informations have been received from all the concerned Officers and appropriate orders shall be passed within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the foregoing, no further direction is necessary. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
