When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the police have completed the investigation in Crime No.189 of 2009 and closed the case as mistake of fact on 14.12.2009. She further submitted that the Referred Charge Sheet (RCS) notice in R.C.S.No.21 of 2009 was served on the de facto complainant and also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Kancheepuram.
