ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners state that these petitioners are innocent and in fact, they were attacked by the defacto complainant and his family members. But, contrarily they have lodged a complaint taken as Crime No.50 of 2022 alleging that the father of the defacto complainant was brutally attacked with knife, Pipe, Iron Rod and Bottle and consequences to the attack, the father of the defacto complainant died and F.I.R. was altered from 307 to 302 I.P.C. and other allied offences.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the murder took place due to previous enmity and it is retaliated murder. The petitioners herein have given a complaint belatedly alleging that the defacto complainant and his family members attacked them and in-fact, it was the petitioners, who were involved in the murder of Pannerselvam, went to the house of the deceased and picked quarrel with him and thereafter, attacked with knife, Pipe, Iron Rod and Bottle.
4. Considering the gravity of the crime and the stage of the investigation and the purpose and the manner in which the murder committed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Hence this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
