This Petition is filed to accept the Cause title as shown in the above Criminal Original Petition and permit the petitioner to prosecute the same.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is P.W.1 in C.C.No.89 of 2015 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Gobichettipalayam at Erode. The prosecution filed a petition in C.M.P.No.5002 of 2022 in C.C.No.89 of 2015 to produce two more documents through P.W.1 and the same was dismissed by the learned Magistrate.
Challenging the same, Crl.O.P.SR.No.8082 of 2023 is filed. In the said circumstances, this petition is filed to accept the cause title as shown in the criminal original petition.
3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
