3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent submitted that investigation in the case was completed and closure report was filed as further action dropped.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the respondent is directed to serve RCS notice on the de facto complainant and if the de facto complainant is aggrieved, it is left open to him to file a protest petition before the concerned Court.
This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
