The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent would submit that the second respondent has already obtained license from the Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, Chepauk, Chennai-600 005 vide proceedings R.Dis.No.P&E 2(1)/9147/2019 dated 10.01.2020. Thus no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
