ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1580 of 2025 order dated 24.01.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every day at 6.30 p.m until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this petition as against the first petitioner. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to the effect.

4. Recording the same, this Petition is dismissed as withdrawn as against the first petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of Page No.2 of 4

offence, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1580 of 2025 vide order dated 24.01.2025 against the petitioners 2 and 3 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners 2 & 3 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
